Salary: £60k Base + Double OTE + Car Allowance

Summary

Three new positions have opened up for Technical Consultants with previous experience working within an MSP setting to join a well-known IT services company. They are looking for a driven, and problem-solving individual to work with clients to play a crucial role in the pre-sales process.

You will be working alongside a highly experienced Sales Director, and a team of like-minded people to understand client requirements, design and delivery bespoke IT solutions, deliver capturing demonstrations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Due to their impressive expansion strategies, three roles are available from either their Nottingham or Milton Keynes and with a hybrid working pattern.

The Role

This role will suit someone who is able to deliver exceptional client experiences as you will be the face of the business during the pre-sales process. Excellent communication and a desire to keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments will be key. Your responsibilities will include:

• Work with internal teams and clients to understand technical requirements
• Design and present high-quality IT solutions (cyber, cloud, network)
• Stay on top of (and exceed) pre-sales KPIs to hit your targets
• Conduct sessions to uncover tech requirements and create proposals from these
• Stay updated with industry trends

Requirements

• Previous experience working within pre-sales
• Knowledge of M365, Cyber Security, Azure, UC, Networking
• Previous experience working with stakeholders
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into suitable solutions that align with budgets and timelines
• Able to work within a target-driven environment

Preferable If You...

• Possess previous MSP experience
• Have vendor certifications
