IT Specialist
In this role, you'll support both internal staff and external clients (tenants) across multiple sites. Your key responsibility will be to ensure that all technology systems - from network infrastructure to day-to-day user support - are reliable, secure, and user-friendly.

Monday - Friday Role
Salary - Up To £35,000 depending on experience.
Your Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain high-speed internet connections, Wi-Fi, and network infrastructure.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
- Ensure reliable and secure network access for members and staff.
- Set up and maintain workstations, printers, A/V equipment, and shared office technology.
- Provide helpdesk support for tenants and staff (e.g., password resets, hardware/software issues).
- Install, update, and troubleshoot operating systems and office software.
Security & Access Control
- Manage cybersecurity protocols (e.g., antivirus, firewalls, endpoint protection).
- Maintain and support access control systems (e.g., keycards, biometric scanners).
- Ensure secure guest Wi-Fi and tenant data privacy.
Systems Administration
- Manage cloud-based systems such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, etc.
- Maintain internal communication platforms, booking systems, and CRM tools.
- Handle backups and disaster recovery planning.
User Support & Training
- Assist members with setting up devices or connecting to networks.
- Provide basic tech onboarding for new members and staff.
- Write and maintain documentation or FAQs for common tech issues.
Vendor & Service Provider Coordination
- Liaise with internet service providers and tech vendors for maintenance or upgrades.
- Manage relationships with A/V, printing, and IT equipment providers.
Tech Maintenance & Monitoring
- Regularly check and update firmware, software, and hardware.
- Monitor systems for issues using diagnostic tools or monitoring platforms.
IT Planning & Upgrades
- Recommend and implement new technologies to improve tenant experience.
- Plan for scalability as the co-working space expands (e.g., more users, more devices).
- Support hybrid or remote work technologies (e.g, video conferencing rooms).
