Principle Defence Ltd is an information security, cyber security and data protection consultancy and training provider. Founded in 2021, we work with clients across government, technology, energy, finance, telecoms, charities and start-ups. We are looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing Apprentice to join our growing team while completing a Level 3 Channel Marketing Apprenticeship. You will work closely with our Founders and external Sales Director, supporting marketing, sales, customer engagement and account management across our Consultancy and Training teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting and delivering marketing campaigns
• Managing a quarterly marketing activity calendar
• Using market research, customer feedback and sales trends to identify opportunities
• Supporting email marketing, social media, events and marketing automation
• Helping to build the sales pipeline and develop new business opportunities
• Supporting account-based marketing for key customers
• Attending networking and marketing events
• Working with external marketing agencies and suppliers
• Responding to client queries and requests
• Supporting customer retention, renewals and account development
• Monitoring campaign performance and reporting on results

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised and keen to learn. Previous marketing experience is not essential.

In return, we offer a salary of £23,000–£26,000, 28 days annual leave plus public holidays, employer pension contributions, remote working, paid travel for required business events, mentoring, professional training and opportunities to gain experience across marketing, sales, account management and wider business functions. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a growing cyber security business while completing a recognised Level 3 Channel Marketing Apprenticeship.
