Infrastructure Engineer

Job Title: 3rd Line Engineer

Location: Bristol (hybrid)

Salary: up to £50,000

Peaple Talent has partnered with a growing technology company to recruit for a 3rd Line Engineer.

This is an exciting role to join a growing, culture-led company where you will be responsible for handling complex incidents, providing technical support and maintaining clients’ infrastructure

You will have some involvement in projects, but this role is predominantly a support-based position. The successful candidate will be well-versed in M365 suite, Azure, Windows Server and Cisco networking.

The Role:

• Provide 3rd line support, managing complex incident and resolving problems
• Act as an escalation point to 2nd line team
• Be able to coach and mentor junior colleagues
• Ensure that documentation is accurate and kept up to date

The Candidate:

• Previous experience of providing 3rd line support within a fast-paced environment
• Excellent understanding of M365 suite, Azure and Windows Server
• Knowledge of Cisco Meraki
• Team player with a positive attitude and excellent work ethic
• Excellent customer service skills
