Peaple Talent has partnered with a purpose-led health technology company building AI-powered data products that help healthcare organisations understand the human drivers behind health outcomes.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a Senior Product Manager who wants real ownership, complex product challenges and the chance to shape how AI is applied responsibly in healthcare.
You’ll be joining at an important stage of growth, owning the roadmap for AI and data products, working closely with leadership, engineering and data science teams to take early-stage ideas from ambiguity through to scalable, production-ready products.
The role will involve:
Defining and owning the product strategy and roadmap for AI and data products
Leading 0-to-1 and early-stage product initiatives in complex, ambiguous problem spaces
Partnering closely with engineering and data science teams to bring ML, generative AI and analytics into real-world products.
Running product discovery with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure products solve meaningful workflow and decision-making challenges.
Designing AI-driven products that are interpretable, trusted and genuinely actionable
Owning execution from problem framing and success metrics through to launch, iteration and scale.
We’re looking for someone who has shipped complex software products and is comfortable operating in early-stage or ambiguous environments.
Experience working with AI, machine learning, data platforms or data-intensive products would be highly valuable. Just as important is the ability to translate complex models and data into products that users can understand, trust and act on.
Healthcare, life sciences, public health or regulated industry experience would be a bonus, but curiosity, product judgment and the ability to learn quickly are more important than deep domain expertise.
