Service Desk Analyst

Peaple Talent have partnered with a market leading professional services organisation based in Swindon who are recruiting an IT support engineer with experience of Service desk and 1st line support within a fast paced service desk environment. You will be part of a team who are responsible for trouble shooting, diagnosing and resolving hard and software issues across multiple platforms.

This role will be office based 4 days per week

Essential Skills and experience:

Microsoft windows 10/11 and Windows Server administration

Active directory

MS Office 365

Application support

Troubleshooting Hardware such as desktop, laptop, printer, and mobile device support

Customer and service focussed

Highly Desirable Skills:

MS Dynamics

Microsoft Operating systems
