Location: Ely (CB6) Job type: 9 month FTC Hours: Monday to Thursday, 4:30pm-1:30am%3B Friday, 12:30pm-5:30pm Salary: £13.45 per hour with a 15% uplift Job Reference: 36338 Polytec are looking for an Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our Ely based client on a 9-month fixed-term contract. You will assemble precision products, following established procedures and ensuring high standards of quality. Responsibilities - Assemble electro-mechanical products to required quality standards - Follow documented procedures and production processes - Use measuring equipment and technical drawings to check components against specifications - Handle small mechanical components and solder electronic components onto circuit boards - Test products, troubleshoot issues and support continuous improvement activities - Maintain a clean and safe working environment Requirements - Experience in electro-mechanical assembly, soldering or a similar role - Experience working to precise tolerances and technical drawings - Understanding of mechanical and electronic assembly techniques - Good attention to detail and the ability to follow structured procedures - Practical problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality - A flexible approach and good communication skills Please contact us as soon as possible for more details or apply below!
