They are looking for a QE Test & Change Manager to join the team on an initial 6 month with the potential to extend. You will be working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, hybrid working being office based 2 days a week.

The Team

This role sits within the organisations Finance Platform, specifically in the Balance Sheet Management & Regulatory Reporting Lab—a 70-person team based across Leeds, London, and India. The Lab owns and maintains the technology and data that supports balance sheet management and regulatory reporting across the Group. It delivers capability uplift across products including Capital Management, Liquidity Risk Management, Asset Encumbrance, Regulatory Reporting, Funds Transfer Pricing, and Interest Rate Banking Book Risk.

The Role

As a QE Test & Change Manager, you will lead testing and change delivery for finance systems impacted by inbound change from across the Group. You’ll act as a conduit between business stakeholders and engineering teams, coordinating impact assessments, testing, and communication to ensure smooth implementation of changes—especially those driven by new products or regulatory requirements.

You will also be responsible for understanding and optimising the end-to-end customer experience (internal and external), ensuring customer needs remain central to all journeys.

The Key responsibilities for this role:

  • Lead testing strategy and execution for inbound change affecting BSM & RR applications.
  • Assess impact of changes across finance systems and coordinate across affected areas.
  • Own and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring alignment with business expectations.
  • Collaborate with product and business teams to define and deliver backlog items.
  • Work in an agile, iterative manner to deliver change efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across business and technology.
  • Support change initiatives across Finance, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.

Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive experience as a QE Test Manager in financial services.
  • Proven ability to manage change and transformation projects in a finance setting.
  • Strong analytical skills for impact assessment and data interpretation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering value-driven outcomes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Jira, Jira Align, and SQL.
  • Treasury experience is advantageous.
