Senior Global Payroll and Benefits Specialist

We are partnering with a fast-growing technology business who has a strong focus on AI and automation. Working with high profile clients, this company drives data automation and has a truly global presence. With ambitious growth plans, this client is looking to add a Senior Global Payroll & Benefits Specialist to their payroll function.

As the Senior Global Payroll & Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Ownership of the UK, EMEA and APAC payrolls - this includes inputs, checks, and payments
• Drive UK payroll compliance, including RTI & HMRC submissions, year-end activities that includes P11Ds
• Perform payroll reconciliations and provide payroll journals to the wider finance team
• Administer all starter and leaver paperwork
• Resolve all payroll related queries
• Full responsibility for the UK & International benefits - this includes benefit enrolments, benefit related queries & business communication on company benefits
• Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management
• Work with external payroll vendors
• Work with the Payroll Manager to drive best practice & accuracy across the function
