Our client is urgently looking for an experienced Change & Engagement Lead, with good demonstrable experience with AI to join their team on an 18-month Fixed-Term basis.
Our client is looking to get AI embedded at scale – a more structured and measurable manner, into the delivery of our client’s services across the group.
This new role will lead the learning, capability and people-adoption workstream behind that rollout - building the knowledge, confidence and judgement our people need to use AI effectively, responsibly and commercially - working closely with colleagues responsible for AI strategy, technology, governance and implementation.

AI Learning Capability Manager – Key Skills:
- Significant experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organisational Development, Capability Development or a related discipline.
- Strong experience diagnosing capability requirements and translating them into effective development solutions.
- Excellent understanding of adult learning, experiential learning, learning design and behaviour change.
- Experience designing and facilitating practical learning for varied audiences.
- Strong practical understanding of generative AI and its application within the workplace
- Confident user of AI tools with the ability to translate complex concepts into accessible, practical learning.
- Understanding of responsible AI use, limitations, verification and appropriate human oversight.
- Experience supporting organisational, digital or technology-enabled change and adoption.
- Strong consulting, facilitation and stakeholder-management capability.
- Ability to influence and constructively challenge without relying on formal authority.
- Collaborative approach to working with other learning professionals and subject-matter experts.
- Commercial mindset and ability to connect capability development with business outcomes.
- Comfortable managing a delivery budget and running practical, squad-by-squad embedding activity (recipe-card test kitchens, department huddles) without dedicated coordinator or support staff.
- Ability to operate effectively across multiple businesses, functions and levels of seniority.
- Experience within legal, professional services or another regulated, knowledge-based environment.
