Our client is looking for a technically minded Applications Project Lead to join their team in South Oxfordshire and support the delivery of SAP-related application projects across the business.

This role would suit someone with proven project management experience and a strong technical background — ideally within software development, ERP, or business applications environments.

You won’t need to be an SAP expert, but you should be comfortable working alongside a third-party SAP support provider, coordinating projects, managing stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery.

Key experience required:

✔ Project management experience within IT / software / applications delivery

✔ Strong technical understanding or previous technical background

✔ Exposure to SAP projects or ERP systems

✔ Ability to liaise effectively with external support partners and internal teams

✔ Strong organisational and communication skills

✔ ITIL and/or Prince2 awareness or certifications desirable
