Their platform also helps publicly listed companies connect to the retail investor audience that is rapidly growing in volume and value.

Role

They are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team and help them shape the vision of their product. Reporting to their CEO & Head of Product this is an incredible opportunity to join a company that is scaling revenues at >100% YoY, targeting a leading UK Series A round in the next 2 years, with access to one of the most exclusive and elite investor networks in the world, and using that moat to build a unique AI-first investment platform. You'll work in a flat, malleable culture where you'll have a huge amount of autonomy in your role.

As their Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for building, executing, and optimising digital campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness. You’ll be hands-on with data, creative in your storytelling, and comfortable experimenting across multiple channels to find what works.

You’ll work closely with content, design, and product teams to ensure their message is consistent, impactful, and results driven. You will be confident to come up with the overall marketing strategy and happy to take ownership over the outcomes.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute multi-channel, full-funnel digital marketing campaigns for clients (paid social, display, SEM, and email). You’ll have the opportunity to run multiple different campaigns with different KPIs.

Manage paid media across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Taboola, Reddit and other relevant platforms.

Effectively managing an offshore resource who currently manages the paid media.

Collaborate on landing page optimisation, A/B testing, and funnel conversion improvements.

Own campaign tracking, reporting, and analysis of already set up analytics suite Mixpanel, and Hotjar along with basic implementation of GA to identify growth opportunities.

Partner with content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and messaging.

Monitor performance KPIs and ROI, ensuring budget efficiency and goal alignment.

Contribute to overall brand visibility and thought leadership initiatives.

Required

3–5 years leading the experience in digital marketing, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or B2C tech, in a (inhouse) start-up or scale-up environment.

Proven success managing paid media campaigns and optimising digital performance. i.e. Planning, Execution and Reporting.

Data-driven mindset — strong analytical and reporting skills.

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Taboola, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics (GA4).

Experience with A/B testing tools, landing page builders, and CRM/email automation platforms.

Willingness to own overall paid/growth marketing strategy (paid &/or earned).

Excellent communication, creativity, and collaboration skills.

A proactive, experimental attitude, eager to test, learn, fail and iterate quickly.
