Location: Carlisle, UK (Onsite)

Duration: 6 months

Job Description

  • Provide L1/L2 technical support to users across hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and related peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft Office Suite, and other common applications.
  • Manage and support devices enrolled in Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) including compliance policies, app deployments, and updates.
  • Support users with Office 365 tools like Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.
  • Use remote desktop tools TeamViewer to support remote users.
  • Ensure systems are compliant with security standards including antivirus, patches, and updates.
  • Maintain IT inventory and documentation using helpdesk/ticketing systems.
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes, including provisioning of new users, email accounts, and device setup.
  • Collaborate with the broader IT team for escalations, project deployments, and infrastructure tasks.
