Business Data Administrator Apprentice
About Plant and Safety:
Plant and Safety Limited provides reliable plant equipment services and workplace safety support, including inspections, maintenance, certification, and training. Responsibilities:
- Working as part of our national planning team, ensuring that all engineering jobs are closed out on our Motion Kinetic asset management system.
- Collating data from different sources and creating data reports.
- Issuing reports to customers in a timely manner upon completion of each job, whilst ensuring customer satisfaction and increasing awareness of any non-conformities.
- Dealing with customer enquiries and supporting our planning team with Planning team administration duties.
- Raise, check and submit invoices for approval.
- Supporting ongoing improvements within the company and ensuring company processes, procedures, and standards are always maintained

- Attention to detail, with the ability to work to strict deadlines
- Willingness to develop and grow with the business
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook etc)
Entry requirements:
- 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
- Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
