Oracle Integration Lead

Key Responsibilities:
Workstream Leadership & Solution Ownership
Own reporting/extract and OIC plans, inventories, priorities, dependencies, milestones, test cycles, cutover and production-readiness activities.
Lead customer workshops, convert business/functional requirements into technical designs and choose the right technology: OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extract, API, file interface or OIC.
Coordinate with HCM, Payroll, Security, Data Migration, Testing and external application teams; manage risks, actions and technical decisions to closure.
Review work completed by other developers while remaining accountable and able to complete complex development personally.
BI Publisher, OTBI & SQL
Design and develop BI Publisher data models and reports using complex SQL, parameters, LOVs, RTF/Excel/eText templates, bursting, scheduling and delivery.
Build OTBI analyses, dashboards, prompts, calculations and scheduled outputs using appropriate HCM/Payroll subject areas.
Write, debug and tune SQL for reporting, reconciliation and issue analysis; investigate security, effective-dating and data-visibility discrepancies.
Troubleshoot report failures, performance problems, missing data, formatting issues and schedule/delivery defects.
HCM Extracts & Outbound Interfaces
Design, build and support HCM Extracts, including data groups, records, attributes, parameters, output structures, schedules and delivery options.
Use delivered/user entities and Fast Formula where appropriate; support full and incremental/changes-only extraction patterns.
Create outbound files in required formats and validate/reconcile extract results against Fusion source data.
Tune high-volume extracts and resolve incomplete, failed or long-running processes.
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Design and build scheduled, application-driven and orchestration integrations using relevant OIC adapters and connectivity patterns.
Create mappings, lookups, transformations, branching, looping, enrichment, file handling and orchestration logic.
Work with Oracle Fusion REST/SOAP services and file/SFTP integrations for inbound and outbound requirements.
Design robust fault handling, retries, tracking, business identifiers, duplicate prevention, recovery and diagnostic logging.
Consider payload size, pagination, batching, throughput, idempotency and restartability for high-volume solutions.
Testing, Support & Governance
Prepare unit-test evidence; support SIT/UAT, reconciliation, defect triage, regression testing, deployment, cutover and hypercare.
Use OIC monitoring, Fusion logs, SQL and report/extract outputs to establish root cause across source, configuration, security, integration and target systems.
Manage service accounts, credentials, certificates, SFTP/connectivity and environment-specific endpoints with customer security/infrastructure teams.
Maintain technical designs, mappings, report/interface catalogues, deployment records, runbooks, monitoring and recovery procedures.
