Solderer

Quick Staff UK is recruiting for an experienced Solderer to join a well-established electronics manufacturer based in Cwmbran. This is a hands-on electronics production role, and previous soldering experience is essential. The position is long-term with the potential to become permanent after 13 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Soldering electronic components and PCB boards
• Carrying out accurate hand soldering to required quality standards
• Working with small electronic components
• Inspecting completed soldering work for quality
• Identifying and reporting defects or issues
• Following work instructions and production procedures
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area

Key Requirements:

• Previous soldering experience in a manufacturing environment
• Good hand-to-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confidence working with small components
• The ability to produce consistent, high-quality soldering work
• A quality-focused approach
• Good reliability and attendance

Hours of Work:

Monday to Thursday
7:00am – 4:30pm

Pay Rate:
£13.52 per hour
