They’re growing fast and looking for a BDM / Account Manager who wants to make an impact, own their region, and help customers modernise their print environments with smarter, more sustainable solutions.
⭐ The Role
- As Business Development Manager, you’ll be the engine behind new customer acquisition, alongside growing existing customer accounts.
- You’ll identify opportunities, build relationships with decision‐makers, and deliver tailored Managed Print Solutions that reduce cost, improve productivity, and streamline workflows.
- This is a role for someone who loves hunting (net new & existing), thrives on autonomy, and wants to be part of a business that backs its salespeople with strong tech, strong delivery, and strong support.
⭐ What You’ll Be Doing
• Target and engage new prospects across your region using insight led outreach
• Build relationships with existing customers, engaging with key stakeholders - IT, Operations, Finance, Facilities etc
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand print environments and workflow challenges
• Propose tailored MPS solutions that deliver measurable value
• Work closely with pre‐sales, service and implementation teams to ensure seamless delivery
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management and reporting

• Proven B2B sales success -ideally in Managed Print, Document Solutions or related tech
• Strong understanding of print technology, document workflows and optimisation
• Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Strategic thinker with a proactive, results‐driven mindset
• Self‐starter who thrives in a fast‐moving, customer‐focused environment
• CRM‐savvy and comfortable managing your own pipeline
