Linux Infrastructure Engineer

Role & Responsibilities

• Deploy, manage, and scale Linux infrastructure (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu) across physical and virtual environments.
• Automate system administration and provisioning tasks using Bash and Python.
• Manage configuration and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Terraform.
• Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, and root-cause analysis for enterprise Linux servers.
• Monitor system health and ensure infrastructure aligns with internal security and compliance standards.

Technical Requirements

• Advanced experience in Linux systems administration and infrastructure engineering.
• Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python) and automation/configuration management.
• Experience with virtualization (VMware, KVM) and enterprise server integrations (networking, storage, backup).
• Strong working knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and Linux security best practices.
