Seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst for a major Records Management transformation. This role requires strategic thinking, strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills to deliver significant enterprise data governance change.

About the Role

  1. Network Drive to SharePoint Migration - Support communication, readiness, and data migration.
  2. Enterprise Sensitivity Labelling - Implement Microsoft Purview labelling for data protection.
  3. Record Retention - Define retention rules, automation, and compliance.

Collaborate with Legal, Risk, IT, and Information Governance stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption of robust information management practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements gathering workshops with stakeholders.
  • Develop high-quality documentation (process maps, business rules, technical requirements).
  • Translate requirements into Agile deliverables (epics, stories, acceptance criteria).
  • Support design, testing, and implementation of SharePoint migration, labelling, and retention solutions.
  • Assist with project governance, reporting, and enterprise training.
  • Provide analysis using SQL, JIRA, and Confluence for decision-making.

Skills & Experience

  • Senior Business Analyst experience in large-scale data/IT transformation.
  • Strong grasp of Records Management, Information Governance, and Regulatory Compliance.
  • Proficient with Microsoft SharePoint, Purview, and data migration.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, including C-suite engagement.
  • Skilled in documentation, process mapping, and requirements elicitation.
  • Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, Confluence, and Visio.
