ground floor as engineer no. 2
, shaping not only the product but also the engineering culture and future growth of the company.

We are looking for a
Typescript Engineer
who is excited to grow into
Rust
and take ownership of critical parts of the system. No prior Rust experience is required — this is a rare chance to learn Rust in production. Currently, the stack is around 70% Typescript, 30% Rust but fluid.

Requirements

• Strong Typescript experience (5+ Years)
• Interest in (and excitement about) learning
  Rust
  — no prior experience required
• Strong SQL experience
• Cloud experience (AWS preferred)
• Willingness to work 4 days onsite in London
• Comfort with cloud/infrastructure technologies (e.g. Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/GCP)
• Experience in early-stage or startup environments is a plus
