Role: Mathematics Expert

Location: Remote

We are hiring Mathematics Experts to support a top-tier AI project focused on developing challenging, real-world math problem sets. This fully remote, flexible contract role pays $70–$80/hour.

What You'll Do:

• Create, solve, and review advanced math problems
• Apply deep expertise to improve next-generation AI model training
• Collaborate asynchronously with a team of domain specialists

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Master's or PhD in Mathematics from a leading US university
• Experience with Python or MATLAB
• Background in Numerical Linear Algebra, Computational Mechanics, or Computational Finance
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• High English proficiency
• Based in the U.S., Canada, New Zealand, UK, or Australia

Role Details:

• Starts in late December with rolling application review
• 15–20 hours/week, with potential for additional hours
• Fully remote and asynchronous
• Short domain interview required
• Paid for up to 1 hour of onboarding if hired
• Weekly payments via Stripe Connect
• Hourly contractor role
