We’re looking for an experienced Business Change Manager to join a major transformation programme for a leading organisation in the hospitality & entertainment space.

This is a key role delivering large systems into an enterprise and driving end-to-end business change across multiple, concurrent projects within a wider multi-year transformation programme.

You’ll work closely with operational teams and tech leads to land change effectively across the business; helping ensure new systems and processes are adopted smoothly and successfully.

Skills required:

• Experience managing multiple projects within a structured change or transformation programme
• Experience within technology change - ie, Property Management Systems, ERP, Booking Engines etc
• Background in delivering large-scale systems into complex operational environments
• Working within enterprise
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or similarly fast-paced, customer-facing sectors
• Strong business change and stakeholder management skills
