Electronics Test Development Manager

My East Sussex based client are a Market Leader who combine over 30 years of experience within the Semiconductor industry with the attitude and opportunity of a start-up company. They are looking to add a Electronics Test Development Manager to their expanding, high performing team.

The Electronics Test Development Manager will be responsible for the Test department providing and maintaining in-circuit and functional test equipment for in-house production.

This job is based in East Sussex but is commutable from Eastbourne, Bexhill, Hastings, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Heathfield, Uckfield, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, Brighton, Newhaven and Seaford.

Key Skills/Knowledge required for Electronics Test Development Manager Job include:

- Proven expertise in developing test solutions for PCBA function testing and/or in-circuit testing, with familiarity preferred in platforms such as Keysight.

- Demonstrated leadership skills managing Test Engineering teams, including mentoring, performance management, and talent acquisition.
