A Look Inside Your Day-to-Day
In this role, you’ll support RM’s Assessment Services team during a peak exam period, managing high-volume data, completing quality checks, resolving tickets, and working closely with internal and external customers. You’ll also play a key role in supporting and guiding other temporary staff as they onboard.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Manage high-volume data accurately following set processes
- Complete quality checks (QC) and reconciliation tasks
- Resolve support tickets in line with agreed SLAs
- Produce management reports for internal teams
- Investigate issues using RM systems and communicate findings
- Act as a first point of escalation and support for other temporary team members
How We’ll Know You’re the Right Fit
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Previous experience in an Operations environment
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet individual targets
- Basic MS Office knowledge and comfortable with general technology
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence supporting others
- Proactive approach with integrity and good judgement
- Experience of working in teams but also comfortable managing individual tasks/targets
- Capability to work from home (laptop will be provided but at least one additional monitor essential
How It All Comes Together
- Hourly Rate: £14.50 per hour, PAYE, paid weekly
- Location: RM Education, 142B Park Drive, Milton Park, Abingdon, OX14 4SE
- Start Date: 23rd March
- Assignment Type: Temporary contract through Reed Talent Solutions, RM Education’s trusted recruitment partner
- End Date: 31st July (with potential to extend)
How Your Shifts Will Look
- Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm
- Training: Provided onsite by the Assessment Services team
- Working Arrangements:
- This role is primarily remote, and most responsibilities can be completed from home, provided the candidate has an appropriate home-office setup. This includes at least one additional monitor to use alongside the company laptop that will be provided.
- Candidates will be required to attend the Milton Park office for two days to complete setup, onboarding and collect their equipment. It is preferable that candidates live within commuting distance, so that in the event of any home-working issues (e.g., power loss, connectivity problems), they can work from the office as needed.
