• Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 + Uncapped Commission (£15,000 – £25,000 OTE)

In this role, you will lead sales within your designated territory and play a pivotal part in shaping digital transformation for schools and institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle: From prospecting and lead generation to closing high-value deals.
• Build strategic relationships with key decision-makers, including IT managers, headteachers, and senior leadership teams.
• Deliver tailored solutions that address client needs and enhance educational outcomes.
• Represent the brand at national exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
• Stay informed on sector trends, funding streams, and procurement policies to position our solutions effectively.

Skills & Experience

• Proven track record in IT sales, technology solutions, or education sector sales.
• Strong ability to generate leads, present solutions, and close deals.
• Consultative selling style with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle and proficiency with CRM tools.
