• Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 + Uncapped Commission (£15,000 – £25,000 OTE)

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who can combine commercial acumen with consultative selling skills to drive growth in the education sector. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping digital transformation within this sector, responsible for leading sales within your designated territory.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Own the sales cycle: From prospecting and lead generation to closing high-value deals.
• Develop strategic relationships with decision-makers including IT managers, headteachers, and business leaders.
• Deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and improve educational outcomes.
• Represent the brand at national exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
• Stay ahead of sector trends, funding streams, and procurement policies to position our solutions effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven success in IT sales, technology solutions, or education sector sales.
• Strong ability to generate leads, pitch solutions, and close deals.
• A consultative approach with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Resilience, self-motivation, and a hunger to exceed targets.
• Experience managing a full sales cycle and using CRM tools effectively.
