Location: Central London, full time office based Salary: £30,000 -37,000(dependent on experience) Job Type: Permanent

About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join a growing finance team within a multinational company in the Technology sector. What You’ll Do

• Manage collections for a portfolio of global clients, ensuring timely payments.
• Build strong relationships with customers to resolve billing queries and payment issues.
• Monitor debtor balances and escalate high-risk accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to resolve disputes.
• Match payments to invoices and review aged debt reports.
• Assist with month-end reporting and debtor analysis.
• Support invoicing processes and help implement automated billing systems.
• Contribute to process improvements and ad hoc finance tasks.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in Credit Control.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills – confident with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred but not essential).
