Learning & Development Assistant

This position is ideal for someone passionate about digital learning and skilled in using modern tools to create engaging and effective training programs.
Day-to-day of the role:

LMS Administration:
- Manage daily operations of the LMS, including course uploads, user management, and report generation.
- Ensure smooth functioning of the platform by monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with technical support.
- Maintain data accuracy, track learner progress, and generate regular reports to meet business needs.

Analytics and Evaluation:
- Analyse LMS data, learner feedback, and course analytics to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
- Produce insights and regular reports on learner engagement, completion rates, and performance outcomes.
- Identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement to enhance learning design and delivery through data-driven decisions.

Digital Course Design:
- Support the design and development of digital learning content using tools like Articulate Rise, Storyline, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Incorporate AI tools for video production and interactive content to boost learner engagement and modernize learning experiences.
- Focus on producing visually polished, accessible, and brand-aligned digital learning assets.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with colleagues across the business to support and guide the effective use of the LMS.
- Manage feedback and continuous improvement cycles to ensure digital learning content evolves with changing business requirements.

Content Management:
- Regularly update and maintain the LMS course catalogue to ensure courses are current, relevant, and easily accessible.
- Prioritise the accessibility, visual appeal, and technical soundness of all learning content to maintain the integrity and quality of digital resources.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in LMS administration and digital course design.
- Proficiency in using e-learning tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
