Product Analyst

Reed.co.uk is looking for a Product Analyst to join their Analytics team in Holborn, London.

Overview

We're looking for a Product Analyst with a passion for measurement and turning data into actionable insights. In this role, you'll work across our web and mobile products to define and track key metrics, build dashboards, and analyse customer behaviour to support product development. Using tools such as Google Analytics 360, Looker, and Snowflake, you'll ensure our teams have the data they need to measure performance and make informed decisions. You'll also contribute to our experimentation and optimisation programme, helping to design and analyse tests to improve digital journeys. Working closely with product and senior stakeholders, you'll translate measurement and analysis into clear, compelling stories that influence strategy and shape the products we deliver.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Insights: Analyse digital customer behaviour to understand how users interact with our products, generating insights that influence product strategy and decision-making.
  • Data Visualisation: Build and maintain KPI dashboards and reports, simplifying complex data into clear, engaging stories for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Metrics & OKRs: Partner with Product and Marketing teams to define success metrics, create forecasts, and contribute to team OKRs, ensuring progress is measured and communicated throughout the quarter.
  • Experimentation: Support the design, implementation, and analysis of A/B and multivariate tests to validate ideas and optimise customer experiences.
  • Exploratory Analysis: Carry out proactive and ad-hoc analysis across product areas, presenting findings and actionable recommendations.
  • Data Governance: Support analytics implementation and tracking, ensuring tags are reliable, well-structured, and aligned to business needs. Regularly audit and troubleshoot data sources to maintain accuracy and consistency.
About you
  • 3+ years' experience in product, digital, or customer analytics, with a track record of influencing product outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 360 or Adobe Analytics, including implementation and reporting.
  • Proficiency in SQL for extracting, manipulating, and analysing datasets.
  • Experience with BI/visualisation tools such as Looker, Tableau, or ThoughtSpot.
  • Practical experience with A/B and MVT testing, from setup through to interpretation of results.
  • Familiarity with R or Python for advanced analytics, modelling, or automation (desirable, not essential).
  • Strong commercial awareness, problem-solving mindset, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to present findings clearly and collaborate across Product, Marketing, and other teams.
  • Confident working independently, prioritising effectively, and contributing new ideas to improve ways of working.
Benefits
  • Hybrid working as standard (minimum 3 days per week in office)
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Flexible holiday scheme
  • Paid time off to move home
  • Contributory pension scheme
  • Enhanced family leave benefits

  • Range of wellbeing and mental health support avenues
  • Central London office in a fantastic location, with countless bars, restaurants and theatres right on the doorstep
