Referment is hiring on behalf of a global consultancy entrusted with delivering a large-scale nCino CCM implementation for a major banking organisation.
You'll play a key role in a true transformation programme — implementing cutting-edge CCM technology into a complex banking ecosystem. This is not a support role. This is delivery at scale.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading configuration and implementation of nCino CCM
• Supporting design, integration and optimisation across banking systems
• Working closely with BAs, Product Owners and client stakeholders
• Driving best practice across solution design and delivery
• Ensuring performance, scalability and compliance across the CCM solution
• Supporting go-live readiness and post-implementation stabilisation
  

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on technical experience implementing nCino CCM
• Background as a Technical Consultant, Developer or Implementation Consultant
• Experience within banking or financial services
• Strong understanding of system integrations and data flows
• Ability to work confidently in complex delivery environments
  

Nice To Have

• Salesforce / nCino platform experience beyond CCM
• Consulting background
• Experience in enterprise transformations
• Strong documentation and design capability
