Salary: 70-80k (DOE)

Client:

Our client provides AI-driven solutions that enhance recruitment, DE&I, and talent management processes for enterprise clients. In this role, the Technical Project Manager oversees the implementation of these solutions, ensuring successful project execution and client satisfaction through configuration, communication, and issue resolution.

The Role:

  1. Project Management: Lead project implementation to ensure timelines, quality, and objectives are met. Serve as the main contact for clients during the pre-launch phase, coordinating closely with internal and client teams.
  2. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and proactive communication with both internal teams (R&D, product, customer success) and external client stakeholders to drive project success.
  3. Technical Configuration: Configure the product in client environments according to project plans and Statements of Work.
  4. Issue Resolution: Identify, track, and address any issues during project implementation. Provide strategic insights to support team in preparing for product launch and adoption phases.
  5. Documentation: Keep detailed documentation of key milestones, client interactions, and technical configurations to facilitate ongoing project tracking.
  6. Client Transition: Work with customer success teams to transition clients smoothly from implementation to launch, ensuring continued support post-launch.
  7. Business Growth: Identify additional product opportunities or potential risks that could affect project timelines, communicating updates to relevant stakeholders as needed.

Criteria:

  1. 5+ years previous Project Management experience in a technical/hands-on role.
  2. SaaS or SW Delivery industry exposure - min 3 years.
  3. Proficient in SQL/NoSQL databases.
  4. 3+ years' XML or YML files is essential.
  5. Agile methodology experience - with relevant certification being advantageous.
  6. SDLC exposure.
  7. Experience using various PM tools such as MS Project / JIRA
