· 8+ years of progressive experience in technical migration roles, with a strong focus on large-scale enterprise IT transformations.
· Proficient in implementing and supporting Google Workspace
· Demonstrated hands-on expertise in deploying and migrating organizations from Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Outlook, SharePoint Online, OneDrive) to Google Workspace (Gmail, G-Cal, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
· Deep technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, architecture, and data structures. Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Defender for Cloud
· Technical knowledge of Google Workspace administration, security features, and migration tools (GWMMO, GWME, GCDS).
· Strong understanding of network infrastructure, security policies, and identity management systems (e.g., Active Directory, SAML-based SSO) relevant to enterprise migrations.
· Proven ability to manage complex technical issues and drive their resolution efficiently.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous approach to data integrity.
· Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly to various audiences. xehkeey
· Relevant Google Workspace certifications.
· Experience in a hybrid work environment
