·8+ years of progressive experience in technical migration roles, with a strong focus on large-scale enterprise IT transformations.

·Proficient in implementing and supporting Google Workspace

·Demonstrated hands-on expertise in deploying and migrating organizations from Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Outlook, SharePoint Online, OneDrive) to Google Workspace (Gmail, G-Cal, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides).

·Deep technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, architecture, and data structures. Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Defender for Cloud

·Technical knowledge of Google Workspace administration, security features, and migration tools (GWMMO, GWME, GCDS).

·Strong understanding of network infrastructure, security policies, and identity management systems (e.g., Active Directory, SAML-based SSO) relevant to enterprise migrations.

·Proven ability to manage complex technical issues and drive their resolution efficiently.

·Excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous approach to data integrity.

·Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly to various audiences. xehkeey

·Relevant Google Workspace certifications.

·Experience in a hybrid work environment
