A fast-growing technology-led business operating in the financial services sector are looking for a Business Analyst to join their team.

Their core platform helps major consumer brands and service providers streamline and manage complex fulfilment and claims processes. They work with well-known telecom and insurance partners, providing a scalable, cloud-based solution that supports efficient service delivery, customer experience, and operational visibility.

The Role:

• You'll be creating technical documentation, process maps and test plans
• Work closely with Stakeholders and communicate with development teams
• Using tools such ad SQL, Jira and Power BI

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years commercial experience
• Comfortable using Jira
• Understanding of Python
• Experience working in a cloud environment (they use Azure but are open to experience with other cloud providers)
• FinTech experience

Key Details

• 📍Hybrid working, 3-4 days a week onsite in Waltham Abbey (full time onsite for the first few months)
• 💸Salary up to £60k + 10% bonus
