AI-Driven Software Engineer – Full Stack, AI, Web3

Risidio is a UK-based research, design, and development (RD&D) company at the forefront of Web3, AI, and blockchain innovation. We develop cutting-edge technology solutions spanning decentralised applications, AI-powered platforms, and next-generation software infrastructures. Our projects include Lunim Innovation Studio, Lunim Film Suite (an innovative Web3 smart contract film finance and distribution platform), and various AI-driven Web3 applications that push the boundaries of digital ecosystems.

About the Role

You’ll join a new 5-person, complementary development team designed around diverse strengths. Day to day, you’ll work in AI-powered coding environments, pair human judgment with agentic tools, and build real features that improve user experience. You don’t need to have mastered AI-assisted workflows yet — if the idea excites you and you’re willing to learn, you’ll fit right in.

Core Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship features across frontend, backend, or full stack.
• Prototype rapidly and refine using AI-assisted tools (e.g., Lovable, Cursor) and modern frameworks.
• Contribute to Web3 integrations (smart contracts, decentralised storage) where relevant.
• Collaborate closely with design and product to ensure UX quality.
• Use Git/GitHub workflows for collaboration, reviews, and version control.

Hard Skills (one strong area required; cross-training encouraged)

• Frontend: React, NextJS, TypeScript, modern web frameworks.
• Backend / Full Stack: Node.js, Python, databases (SQL/NoSQL), APIs.
• Web3/Blockchain: Smart contracts, decentralised storage, tokenomics.
• AI/ML: LLMs, LangChain/LlamaIndex, AI agents, TensorFlow/PyTorch.
• DevOps/Cloud: AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD.

Soft Skills

• UX awareness — every developer is also a “designer.”
• Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new tools (Lovable, Cursor, etc.).
• Clear communication in remote, cross-functional teams.
• Problem-solving with both human and AI partners.
• Adaptability to rapidly evolving workflows and technologies.
