The difference you will make as a Content Designer. As part of our Corporate Communications & Marketing team, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we communicate with our audiences online.Reporting to our Digital Marketing Manager you will join the team at an exciting time as we design, build and implement a new website for The Riverside Group. As a Content Designer, you will be responsible for creating, evaluating, updating, and reviewing content across all stages of the end-to-end user journey. You will use evidence, data, and research to make informed content decisions and ensure our digital content is accessible, clear, and meets user needs.About you We are looking for someone who;

• Proven experience in content design, UX writing, or digital copywriting.
• Strong understanding of web accessibility standards and inclusive design.
• Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Umbraco).
• Ability to translate complex information into plain English.
