Technical Product Specialist - Integration & Automation

The difference you will make as an Technical Product Specialist Riverside Digital and Technology embeds DevOps as a key method of its delivery approach and principles, the value that it delivers relies on maintaining a certain cadence, so the role holder will make sure that all members of their DevOps Chapter work well together to deliver that value. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing, designing, and documenting technical solutions within the MuleSoft and Power Platform ecosystem to meet our business needs.About you We are looking for someone who has:
  • Relevant IT qualifications, equivalent to Batchelors Degree or above.
  • Experience in product analysis, technical specifications and design.
  • Proven integration and/or automation knowledge across established integration and automation platforms. 
  • Experience supporting integration and/or automation functions across medium to large-scale implementations.
  • Experience across Waterfall, Agile and DevOps approaches and methodologies.

Role Profile As a Technical Product Specialist, you will play a critical role in the full lifecycle of Integration and Automation projects as well as small change, from initial requirements gathering and analysis to system-to-system mappings, flow design, and providing guidance to engineers on detailed requirements. You will leverage your expertise to troubleshoot complex issues and understand integration detail with other enterprise systems.Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be essential in translating business requirements into technical user stories with supporting data mappings and acceptance criteria. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and helping ensure Integration and Automation related projects are delivered to successful completion.This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in Integration and/or Automation, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that drive business success.This role requires you to:
  • Collaborate with Business Design team and stakeholders to analyse business requirements, translating into technical specification for integration and Automation solutions.
  • Work as part of a cross-functional Chapter/Squad with responsibility for supporting the design and delivery of Integration and Automation products, services and capabilities through analysis.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of requirements, business rules and processes.
  • Assist in running daily stand-ups and other Agile ceremonies for the coordination of work where required.
  • Collaborate with Change Leads and QA Analysts to ensure QA standards are met across performance and volume testing, systems integration testing and user acceptance testing.
  • Manage key risks and issues, establishing risk mitigation or acceptance by accountable stakeholders.
