Online Solutions & Implementations Support Executive – what will I be doing?

  • Supporting and rolling out online booking tools and reporting platforms for corporate clients
  • Delivering systems training and presentations to both clients and internal teams
  • Assisting with day-to-day IT tasks, including Microsoft 365 and intranet maintenance
  • Working closely with the technology lead on new system developments and improvements
  • Troubleshooting issues quickly and ensuring client systems run smoothly

Online Solutions & Implementations Support Executive – what experience do I need?

  • Confident using technology and communicating with people at all levels
  • It's essential that you have an excellent knowledge of Travel GDS systems
  • organised, proactive, and eager to learn — with great attention to detail
  • Comfortable with tools such as Microsoft 365, HTML, or online booking systems
  • A positive team player who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment

Full-time, office-based role in Hampshire

Monday to Friday, 9am–5.30pm
