Senior AI Engineer
Are you excited by solving complex problems, experimenting with new technologies, and building products at the cutting edge of AI? We’re partnering with a fast-growing tech organisation that is embedding LLMs into the core of their platform. =
They're scaling quickly and looking for exceptional engineers who think deeply, communicate clearly, and enjoy stretching the limits of what’s possible.
The Mission
Our client is transforming how organisations work by integrating advanced AI capabilities throughout their product ecosystem. With decades of industry experience behind them, they’re now investing heavily in next-generation technology that empowers users, streamlines operations, and enables smarter decision-making across entire businesses.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Building and integrating LLM-driven functionality across the platform
- Designing and delivering solutions that sit at the edge of current state-of-the-art AI
- Working across client and server layers, stitching systems together pragmatically
- Solving ambiguous, complex problems before formal specs even exist
- Creating production-ready, high-performance features used by thousands of users
What We’re Looking For
You’ll thrive here if you are someone who:
- Moves fluidly between architectural thinking and hands-on coding
- Has delivered production-grade software across both client and server sides
- Understands how front-end interfaces interact with back-end systems
- Enjoys ambiguity, experimentation, and defining solutions from scratch
- Thinks like a full-stack engineer, systems thinker, or technical problem-solver
- Communicates complex ideas with clarity and kindness
- Often tinkers with side projects because you enjoy pushing boundaries
We’re language-agnostic: Python, TypeScript, Go, or anything else—your ability to reason, design, and build matters far more than any particular tech stack.
Why You’ll Love This Role
- Work on genuinely challenging, state-of-the-art AI problems
- Influence the architecture of an AI-driven product used by major organisations
- Be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking engineering culture
- Grow your skills while having a real impact on the future of the platform
If you’re excited about working on complex systems, building meaningful AI capabilities, and stretching yourself beyond typical engineering roles, we’d love to hear from you.
