Senior SEO Specialist
We’re working with a growing digital team that is looking for an experienced Senior SEO Specialist who brings curiosity, and a genuine drive to improve performance for clients.
If you have at least three years of SEO experience in an agency environment, enjoy diving deep into challenges, and thrive in a team that values initiative and high standards, this role will suit you well. What you'll be doing:
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients while shaping effective SEO/SEM strategies.
- Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across major search engines and platforms.
- Conduct keyword research to identify meaningful opportunities for growth.
- Refine ad copy and landing pages to improve click-through and conversion rates.
- Perform link audits and address risks within backlink profiles.
- Run regular technical SEO audits and recommend improvements.
- Enhance site architecture, speed and core technical foundations.
- Work closely with developers to ensure websites follow SEO best practice.
- Track and interpret performance data to inform continual optimisation.
- Stay ahead of search trends, algorithm updates, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and social teams to deliver integrated work.
Some of the requirements:
- Solid experience across SEO and SEM.
- Confidence in client-facing environments, with the ability to explain the why behind recommendations.
- Strategic thinking across the full SEO ecosystem.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Clear, collaborative and proactive communication.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Screaming Frog, Moz, SEMrush, and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or web technologies (beneficial but not essential).
