IT Support Engineer - Taunton - £30,000 - Hybrid Working!

In this role, you’ll provide hands-on 1st/2nd line support across their offices, keeping users connected, productive, and secure. You’ll handle device setup, user onboarding, software installs, troubleshooting, patching, and play a key part in maintaining a reliable IT environment.

What you’ll be doing:

Delivering responsive IT support across multiple sitesSetting up and configuring laptops, mobiles, and user accountsSupporting Microsoft 365, AD, Azure, Exchange and general networkingMaintaining systems, software, and security updatesWorking closely with the wider IT team to deliver excellent service

About you:

Experience in a 1st/2nd line IT support or service desk roleStrong Microsoft 365, AD, Azure, Exchange and networking knowledgeCustomer-focused with great communication skillsHappy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentFull UK driving licence
