- Maintaining organisational and workforce structures, including positions, jobs and grades, and preparing, validating and reconciling authorised bulk data uploads to protect data integrity.
- Developing, testing and implementing system changes to meet evolving business needs.
- Create and deliver high-quality training materials for system users across the business.
- Evaluating new system releases and functionalities, reporting potential business impacts and implementing approved changes.
- Collaborating with system providers to ensure business requirements are met and a high level of service is maintained.
What you will need
- You have demonstrable experience administering or supporting a complex enterprise HR, ERP or cloud-based business system. Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM and / or Cornerstone is desirable, alongside practical experience of controlled configuration, access administration, data maintenance and testing.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and possess strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing time and prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.
- You excel at written and verbal communication, confidently delivering presentations and providing excellent customer service.
- You are approachable, empathetic and dedicated to providing a positive user experience for those seeking HR systems support.
- We would prefer if you had relevant industry experience. However, if you don’t have all the qualifications, but think you have other applicable experience that would make you a good fit for the role, we would still love to hear from you.
Not sure you meet every requirement?
Research shows some people – particularly women and those from underrepresented backgrounds – may hesitate to apply unless they meet every criteria. At SGN, we value diverse backgrounds, experiences and perspectives.
