SAP FICO SAP Finance Managing Consultants and SAP Finance Solution architects sought by SK Consultancy Solutions for opportunities with established consulting Practices. Two positions focus on senior consulting and project leadership; the third is a SAP Finance Capability Lead appointment, heading the team and directing its development.
We are keen to hear from SAP FI/CO professionals with UK consulting experience who can combine sound finance knowledge with confident customer engagement. You will help organisations make decisions about their SAP Finance landscape and take those decisions through to successful delivery.
Consulting Opportunities
As a Managing Consultant, you will take a leading role in customer engagements involving SAP S/4HANA Finance. Assignments may cover new implementations, changes to existing SAP environments, migration planning or improvements to finance operations.
Your responsibilities will include:

Working with finance leaders to establish priorities and recommend an appropriate SAP approach.

Taking ownership of finance solution decisions and guiding the work of delivery consultants.

Assessing existing systems, identifying improvements and explaining recommendations to customers.

Supporting implementation and migration activity, including greenfield, brownfield and selective transition approaches

Experience delivering SAP consulting services within the UK.

Addressing dependencies between FI/CO and the wider application landscape.

Helping prospective customers understand proposed solutions through bid contributions and presentations.

Developing colleagues through practical guidance, feedback and knowledge sharing.
Capability Lead Opportunity
The successfully identified candidate will head the SAP Finance team. This position offers a broader remit across people leadership, consulting services and business development. You will set priorities for the capability, strengthen the team's expertise and work with colleagues to develop customer opportunities. The role also calls for senior involvement in client relationships and oversight of the quality of finance consulting delivery.
What You Will Bring

Substantial SAP FI/CO knowledge and practical experience of SAP S/4HANA Finance.

Experience delivering SAP consulting services within the UK.

Evidence of taking responsibility for finance projects, workstreams or significant solution decisions.

Confidence working with senior finance stakeholders and translating business needs into clear recommendations.

An understanding of how SAP Finance connects with other business systems and processes.

Experience supporting proposals, presenting solutions and building customer relationships.

A willingness to coach colleagues and contribute to the development of the consulting team.
For the Capability Lead appointment, we are particularly interested in candidates who have managed an SAP Finance team or practice and can demonstrate experience developing people, services and commercial opportunities.
Salary and Career Development
Basic salaries across the three positions range from £100,000 to £125,000, with bonus and benefits taking packages up to £145,000, depending on experience.

Location and Application Requirements
These are UK hybrid positions involving a combination of home working, office attendance and visits to customer locations.
Sole British nationality and eligibility for SC clearance are essential . Applicants must meet the role's five-year continuous UK residency requirement and the remaining security vetting conditions.
