I'm partnering with a large, fast-growing global business that's undergoing an exciting data transformation - and they're looking for a Business Intelligence Manager to play a key role in that journey.
In this role, you'll be the go-to BI partner for senior Commercial Finance stakeholders, shaping analytics priorities and turning complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that influence both strategic and operational decisions across multiple business areas.

What you'll be doing
- Leading the BI partnership with Commercial Finance leadership
- Translating business questions into structured analytics frameworks
- Driving data governance, quality, and consistency
- Balancing BAU reporting, ad-hoc deep dives, and strategic data product development
- Helping shape and execute an organisation-wide BI strategy
- Enhancing BI infrastructure across data integrity, modelling, and pipelines
What they're looking for
- Experience as a BI Manager or similar analytical leadership role
- Strong Commercial Finance exposure
- Ability to link metrics to operational & financial outcomes
- Excellent SQL, data modelling, and ETL experience
- Confidence with GCP (BigQuery, Dataform, Looker)
- A problem-solver who can turn complexity into clarity
