Are you an entrepreneurial, high-achieving sales professional with 2+ years working in SaaS, tech or healthtech sales? I'm working with a fast-growing AI startup transforming how health and social care organisations manage operations, workflows, and service delivery. They're seeking their first commercial hire, offering equity and huge career growth potential.Role Description This is a high-impact opportunity with clear scope to step into managerial sales roles as the team expands. You’ll introduce an AI-powered platform to Social Care providers, drive top-of-funnel activity, and generate qualified pipeline for product demos.Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Identify and engage prospects across the Social Care sector
  • Feed market insights back into product and GTM strategy
  • Contribute to shaping messaging, outreach playbooks, and CRM processes
  • Run targeted outbound campaigns and manage inbound enquiries
  • Qualify leads and book discovery calls and demo meetings
Experience & Background
  • 2+ years in B2B outbound or consultative sales in SaaS, tech, or health/social care
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot or similar)
  • Motivated by targets, learning, and personal growth
  • Genuine interest in AI, technology, and improving care services
