Location: Epsom

Base: £25,000 + uncapped commission

Typical Earnings: £40k (Year 1), £60k (Year 2), £80k+ (Year 3)

You’ll begin by learning candidate sourcing — identifying and engaging talent that aligns with client requirements. As you progress, you’ll transition into a full 360° recruitment role, including:

• Building and maintaining client relationships
• Winning and developing new business
• Negotiating offers and closing placements
• Managing your own specialist desk and market pipeline
