Senior Product Manager

Senior Digital Product Manager: Onboarding & AI-Enabled Workflows
London (hybrid, 3 days in the office) | Permanent | £75-90k

The company
A well-established UK wealth management business offering investment management, financial planning and fund management. They combine long-term planning with research-led investment expertise, and they're now investing seriously in digital and AI to change how clients and colleagues work.

The role
This is a senior, hands-on product role for someone who does their best work when the direction is clear but the route isn't. You won't inherit a fixed roadmap or a ready-made squad. Your job is to bring clarity, product discipline and momentum.

You'll own two high-impact areas:

  • Digital onboarding. Take an important client onboarding product through final readiness, launch and adoption. You'll sharpen the backlog, define success measures, set up a sustainable operating model, and look for ways to improve the end-to-end journey rather than accepting the current process as fixed.
  • AI-enabled workflow transformation. Act as the senior product lead on AI initiatives with an external technology partner. You'll work in a forward deployed way, embedded with business users and subject matter experts to understand how work really happens. You'll turn messy, loosely defined needs into clear problems, hypotheses and testable outcomes, and make sure AI-supported workflows are safe, auditable and built to last, not just impressive in a demo.

You'll work closely with the Head of Digital to balance priorities across both streams. You'll build trusted relationships across Technology, Operations, Financial Planning, Investment Management, Risk and Compliance, and you'll hold delivery partners to agreed outcomes.

What you'll bring

  • Strong product management experience across discovery, delivery, launch and adoption
  • A track record of owning complex products or workflows where ownership or the delivery model was unclear at the start
  • A design-first mindset, with real discovery skills: user research, journey mapping, service design and prototyping
  • Experience working directly with operational teams to understand end-to-end processes
  • Confidence managing senior stakeholders and third-party vendors, including constructive challenge
  • Sound commercial judgement and comfort with shifting priorities

Particularly valuable

  • Client onboarding, financial planning, advice or colleague-facing workflow products
  • Wealth management or regulated financial services experience
  • Hands-on work with AI, workflow automation or agentic capabilities
  • An understanding of responsible AI, including human review, testing, monitoring and auditability
  • Microsoft Power Platform or Power Pages, which is a bonus

Why apply
This is a chance to shape both a major onboarding launch and the next phase of AI adoption in a dynamic, growing business. You'll have real autonomy, senior visibility, and a short, clear interview process.
