The Role

This is a high-impact Senior Account Executive position focused on winning new business across the UK 🇬🇧. You’ll own the full sales cycle with FTSE 350 organisations, targeting procurement teams and C-level stakeholders. Responsibilities include defining GTM strategy, prospecting large accounts (>£1m spend), leading tailored pitches, responding to RFPs, and closing framework agreements. With complex sales cycles (6–12 months), you’ll act as a trusted advisor while working closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term growth.

The Package

💷 Salary: £65k - 75k base with a further £40 - 45k on top which is uncapped

🌍 Location: London or Paris (with remote flexibility 1–2 days/week after probation)

Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years’ experience in complex B2B enterprise sales 💼
  • Proven success managing long (6–12 month) sales cycles with multiple senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable engaging C-level, Procurement, Finance, and Legal decision-makers 🧩
  • Skilled at selling tailored value propositions in indirect procurement or complex B2B environments
  • Methodical, rigorous, resilient, and motivated by high standards ⚡
  • Native English or fluent equivalent (French a plus, not required)
  • Prior knowledge of Procurement, Travel, or MICE sectors advantageous
