Product Owner for a Leading Mobility & Software Platform

(Hybrid, 2-3 days on-site) Manchester

Our client is a fast-growing technology business within the mobility and on-demand transportation sector. As they continue to scale their digital product ecosystem, they are seeking a Product Owner to take ownership of their customer-facing mobile and web applications.

This role is central to shaping user experience, improving adoption and retention, and driving commercial value across a key product suite used by operators and passengers nationwide.

The Role

You will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of passenger-facing products across the full lifecycle.

Acting as the voice of both operators and end-users, you will lead product discovery, translate insights into clear requirements, and steer engineering and UX teams through delivery.

This is a high-impact role where every feature you launch will be measured against user satisfaction, product adoption, and alignment with business goals.

What You'll Bring

• Proven Product Owner or Product Manager experience (B2B SaaS preferred)
• Strong technical understanding and confidence operating in agile environments
• Ability to own and drive product roadmaps, backlogs, and discovery activities
• Experience collaborating closely with Engineering and UX teams
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• A data-driven mindset with comfort defining and tracking product success metrics
