A leading European IT solutions provider expanding across the UK and Ireland is looking for a confident Security Business Development Manager to take its cybersecurity offering to the next level. This is a great opportunity to influence strategy, build key partnerships and play a vital role in strengthening the company’s presence as a trusted end-to-end security provider.

We’re seeking someone with the drive to grow cybersecurity business across both regions. You’ll work alongside account managers, helping them engage clients with confidence and showcase a strong range of security solutions, vendor relationships and technical expertise. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across mid-market and enterprise clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers including CISOs, IT Directors and CTOs
  • Support account managers with client engagements, pricing and solution positioning
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting to contract negotiation
  • Build and leverage vendor relationships to access sales support and co-selling opportunities
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets

Requirements

  • Proven track record of some relevant B2B sales success
  • Strong consultative sales and presentation skills, with experience selling to senior stakeholders
  • Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills
  • Entrepreneurial, target-driven and motivated by new business development
  • Pragmatic and solutions-focused mindset with solid organisational ability
  • Understanding of cybersecurity technologies, markets and frameworks beneficial
  • Experience working across multiple regions advantageous
